Laptop stuck in bios

My laptop is an Asus X551C I was using it when it stopped responding and turned off. When it came back on it just showed the Asus logo and nothing else, I turned it off and left it a few hours and then turned it back on and now it is stuck in bios, when I try to exit the screen just goes black for a few seconds then back to bios. I downloaded windows 8.1 onto a usb on another computer but don't know what to do now. How do I get it working again?

Is the hard drive recognized in the BIOS?
