Laptop Stuck in Boot Menu/Bios

I have an Asus Touchscreen Laptop (Windows 8)
Model Number: RALINK/RT3290

So when I boot it up it brings it to this screen http/imgur.com/a/mLO8t .
If I try to save and quit it just brings back up the same screen. I don't know want to do and haven't messed with the settings because I didn't want to make it worse. This happened after I left it in sleep for many days (I forgot to turn it off) and when I opened it up it was like this.

hard drive failed maybe.....pull battery and wait a few minutes and try booting. Sleep might have caused the problem and it's not finding needed info to boot.

Well it's a non-removable battery, also it died before and when it booted up again nothing changed.
