Laptop Suggestion Ideas

I would like a Low budget laptop that can run CSGO at 60 FPS. I have a 500 dollar one from my dad but it runs it sloppily, is there a computer that can do that, maybe on high settings 60 FPS minimum, or medium. Looking for under 750 Dollars, can go up to 1000 only if it plays ultra min 60 FPS and other games 60 FPS, but only looking for csgo and other low graphic games.
