Laptop temp questions

I'm not used to feeling the heat wile playing games,. Just got a laptop.. and I feel like I'm hurting the laptop Everytime I play games haha

What's the safe zone for temps for laptops? When should I take a break to let it cool down... Has a i7 7700 kabbylake and a Nvidia gtx 1060, 6gb and around 8gb ram

And any recommended temp monitoring programs?

If u want a free solution,u can use 40 if 10 cents and put the cents at the bottom of the laptop for corner and let the cents become the leg of the laptop,and the air can insert more at the bottom of the laptop and it can make the laptop more cooler.Or if u can spend some money,u can buy a laptop cooler
