Laptop to run Sims 4 less than 750$

Hi there , I want a laptop to run sims 4 with a max budget of 750$ (950cad) . I am planing on getting only dine out and get to work and outdoor retreat. I would get the following 15" Acer laptop for $900 CAD. It has the same i7-6500u CPU and a more powerful nVidia 940m. However, it does not have a DVD drive which means you need to download the Sims 4 from EA's Origin store, or purchase an external DVD drive if you plan on installing the game from a DVD. However, if you install the DVD version of the Sims 4, then you need to play the game with the disc in the DVD drive.

If you can, Id check out the Dell Insipirion 7559, its quits cheap and had great parts, also somewhat upgradable (it comes with an extra storage slot and RAM). The laptop you linked goes for $1,000USD, so I dont know if thats different for you or not.
