hello i have laptop toshiba M300 whose dead

when i put it on charge no light

sometimes it switch on but after 2 minutes it switches off

Could be a short in the plug but there's too little info here to work with, if it does turn on sometimes but then crashes it could be a broad range of reasons, but then suspicions can be narrowed down to the motherboard and gpu. If you still can turn it on but there's no image displaying, then it's the gpu, if not then you know it's the motherboard. Do you know if the battery has some charge to it ?

the battery has no charge but when it put the laptop without battery directly on current it doesnt switch on

Then this is indicatory that your power plug has shorted, it's nothing bad but you'll have to take it apart, normaly there should be a flexicable that runs from the port to another memory bridge, just look on that cable, see if you can find any parts that seem "roasted" or "brownish" to you ?

sometimes when i put on charge it indicates its charging but dont power on

sometimes when i press the power button it switches on and immediately switch off


what can cause this problem

P.S: this laptop has been put apart for a long time
