Laptop turns on few minutes after shutdown

After I shutdown my laptop, few minutes after its automatically turn on by itself. Whats the problem?

Please update your post to include make, model, full hardware specs, and OS.

Is the laptop connected to a network? Could be some WOL (Wake on LAN) response.
