Laptop wireless doesn't work

My hp 7 laptop wireless isn't working light at the top is off and sound bar doesn't work also

Did you install the right drivers?

Just deinstall wireless in device manager and restart and it should reinstall the wireless again.But about soundboard install right drivers as @bjsm said.
