Laptop with touch sensitive screen with pen

I like to digitally draw and I have graphics tablets to do this. But what I really want is a laptop that have a touch sensitive screen when using a pen on it. I wouldn't want a tablet for this because I'd rather have something that runs full windows on it, but it'd want it so the screen flips around and covers the keyboard essentially turning it in to a kind of tablet if you know what I mean. My budget isn't ridiculous but any suggestions would be nice and welcomed.

That will be fine, just go for the Core i5 version. It may cost more than the Core i3 version, but since the Core i5 can reach higher clock speed it will give you better longevity.
