Laptop won’t open

My laptop Asus Aspire E 15 is a built in battery. It won’t open normally when pressing the power button. It opens if I use a pin to press the button from the backside of the laptop. That’s the only way I can open it. Is there any fix that can help me open it without using the pin just to open it?

I don’t think the button isn’t the problem. Since I can use it when I use the pin tin restart it with. So yeah.

If the button wasn't an issue, it would work. The only way you are going to know for sure is to have it looked at.
