Question Laptop wont boot from any device

Hello I have an hp gaming laptop , my screen is stuck on hp logo. My laptop wont boot from any device, Hdd, or usb, i even trying changing different ssd it wont boot. It was working fine yesterday. I shutdown but cannot boot from anything. Even wont boot windows recovery F11.

Have you tried resetting the BIOS/UEFI to default settings?
