Hey, i just recently bought a Lenovo Y50-70, and my battery won't charge past 49%, and when I unplug the AC adapter, the computer instantly shuts off. I've tried changing the power settings, but none of them solve the problem. This has happened since I first purchased the laptop, the battery has never gone above 49%.

Any solutions/advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you're still having this problem, I can share something that helped for me in a similar issue. My pc wouldn't charge past 62%, so when it reached that number, it would just say 17min left but it never reached more.
The way I fixed it was, I went to device manager > Battery > Microsoft ACPI-compatible controlmethod battery (or whatever it says in English). I just right clicked that and deactivated it, then shut the computer off, took out the battery and blew some air on it, put it in and turned my pc on. I turned the Microsoft ACPI-compatible controlmethod battery thingy back on, and my pc has so far charged above 70%, so im pretty sure it worked
