Solved! Laptop won't come out of hibernation mode.

hi, my laptop is completely hibernated and i tried many time to turn on but it is still not on. what should i do? is therr anyway ?

Press and hold power button until laptop shuts off, then turn on again.

If that works, advise you not to use hibernation mode in future. Either shut Windows down from the shutdown menu in Windows or put it to sleep.
