Laptop won't connect to wifi

I was in my living room yesterday and my laptop was still connected to the wifi. But suddenly it showed me, that it wasn't. I tried to connect to the wifi with my phone and tablet and it worked. Only my laptop can't connect. But the laptop can connect in the bedroom (the router is in the bedroom). I tried everything and nothing worked. Any solutions?

Perhaps the antenna came loose. Is the wifi card easily accessible? (you didnt mention which one it was)

windows has had a ton of issues regarding broken wifi with updates, if you install windows 10 via free upgrade every pc will have issues with wifi not workings its a known issue and it is also a 8.1 issue. Basically a fresh install is the only way to fix it.

But it works when he is nearer to the router so I don't think this is the issue.
