Laptop wont play media properly.

I have recently purchased this hp laptop which is running on windows 10.

Every time I begin to watch a youtube video it runs fine playing the video perfectly until it stops at a frame and plays distorted audio sometimes this triggers the auto restart of the pc i also tried to watch netflix (on the app) but the same thing happened.

Please help.

Ever since I've gotten this hp laptop it's had trouble playing videos on YouTube or the Netflix app

So when I go into YouTube and watch a video it works fine for about half of it then it will freeze at a frame the audio will go all distorted and I can't do anything my laptop goes un responsive,sometimes this problem will be so bad it will trigger the auto restart of the laptop.

Since I couldn't watch YouTube I tried watching Netflix on the app and it worked until around half way through the episode and it happened again

Please help this laptop is only 3 days old.

Have you checked for driver updates and also tried other browsers?

If none of that works, you may want to exchange it since it is so new.
