Question Laptop won't power on

Hello
I have a laptop
MARK: HP
Model ; 15-f1233wm

It stayed one month without powering on, now when I power it on, nothing shows on the screen. the light that indicates the power supply light on white for 2 secs and goes off and the light that indicate the hard drive light up red for 2 secs and goes off.

What i have done so far
I tested the charger, it gives me 19v --- which is ok
I held down the power button for 20 sec without the battery and the charger plugged, after that, I plugged everything back still nothing shows on the screen
power the laptop without the battery, nothing shows on the screen
swap the RAM with a working one, nothing shows

Don't know what to do else.. . . Please can someone help me

remove the hard drive and try powering on again

replace the BIOS battery inside the laptop (if more than ~5 years old):

I tried that but it shows that same symptoms....
