laptop won't recognize tablet ?

I have a have a new match speed dual core trio tablet and my laptop won't recognize it. On the tablet it won't let me choose "mount USB storage" it is currently connected as a "media device" ugh so frustrated I am new to tablets and the mach speed tech support is useless

Ya... tablets... not quite sure how these are considered a step forward in technology.

But aside from my personal opinions:
Have you tried loading your files onto an SD card that you could load into the device? In my experience this is typically much easier.
Android tablets are supposed to be recognizable as a flash drive to Windows, but some may need a special driver, or some other software to make this work properly. Check the manufacturer's website for any such utilities.
