My battery was not working at all, it was not charging in windows eventhough it said it was.
Now it won't start up at all if the battery is connected. I am wondering if buying a new battery will help, because my mobo was shorted a few months ago which made it not start up. So it might be with my motherboard. Do you guys know what's going on, and will buying a new battery help? When the battery could be in my laptop batterymon said the battery was not dead, and could still have quite alot of charge in it.
