Laptop won't start up

Every time I try to start up my laptop I get this loud beep sound with this message

It's Windows 7,how can I fix this?

When I press f1 it won't let me get into Windows 7.

Will a new cmos fix this issue?

It restarts and it shows me the same message . sometimes it shows just a blinking white line on the top left.. I turned the laptop off for an hour, turned it back on, everything seemed fine but after a few minutes it froze.

No, laptop never came with a Windows 7 disk.

No, it's a 5year old laptop, if it did I lost it.
