Laptop won't stop loading

Hey I own a toshiba laptop and tried to install Windows 10 using a usb drive with Windows 10 on it and now it's won't stop loading

I would suggest you try uninstalling the new OS and see if you can return back to your old one. Some computers do not like the change.
