Question laptop wont turn on ...mute light blinking with orange colour

hi,i have a hp15 r014tx..it wont start up...after pressing power button i hear fans spinning ..and then going silent and mute button led keeps blinking in orange colour..please help
any help would be appreciated..
ps: nothing shows up on display and this all happened after i removed and reinserted cmos battery

Are you sure you put it back in completely? Also, did you make sure you didn't knock anything loose while you were inside?
