laptop wont turn on

satellite c855-1gn wont turn on but white flashing light

Hi,

Try connecting an external monitor first and see if you'll get any display for it because if you do that means it has something to do with the built in display. It could either be a bad display or just a loose connection between the motherboard and the display. If this will not work reseat the RAM, take them all off for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are seated properly. If all these will not work it can have something to do with the motherboard and a repair is needed.
