how to fix a password on my laptop

Okay, may I know what was the name of the company that manufactured your laptop, what Operating System it is running (Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Linux Ubuntu etc.....)

So, the issue you are having is that you aren't able to log in? Everytime you enter your password, Windows tells you your password was incorrect?
