Laptopb with a built-in battery...how to prpbably use

Hello there...i have the lenovo Z510 ideapad and it comes with a built in battery so how do i probably use the laptop to maximize its battery life ?

i heard that i have to keep the charging cycle between 80~20% but what if i use my AC adapter a lot ? when my battery reaches 100%..can i keep my AC plugged in and continue to use my laptop whatever how many hours ? or i have to unplug it and let the battery discharge and then charge it again ?

I use my laptop plugged about 99.5% of the time. I leave it on 24 hours a day. I rarely use it without power and my battery life isn't much different from when I purchased it 3 years ago. AI did have a HP and the battery completely died after a year. I've heard people say to remove the battery if you plug it in alot but I never do that. When you say built in do you mean unremovable?

Yes it is unremovable...like apple's macbooks.......
