Laptops cheaper in usa or in london

I wanted to buy a new laptop of high configuration...
i can get those laptops from usa and from london..
mostly i prefer dell and hp pavilon
can any one tell me where coud i get laptops in cheap price in both of these places
mostiy i prefer dell laptop with configuration as follows
dell xps 15 with min 500GB HDD and 4GB ram and a grafic card of 1GB

Buy the laptop in the country you live in, In my experience, the laptops are slightly different in each country, making warranties, drivers and support options difficult if you are in the wrong country, especially HP, I have had a few HP laptops bought state side brought to me with failures in warranty that have been a nightmare to sort out in the UK!

If you care about the price, then you should buy things off internet, most things are cheaper, including laptops. Try Craglist or Ebay or Dragonext.com.
