Hey guys, I'm going with my friend laptop shopping tomorrow and right now we have our eye on a laptop that has an A10 7300. I just wanted some heads up on any possible cpu and (integrated) gpu combos that may be better than the A10 and R6 like an i7 with intel hd 4600 (btw idk if it actually is i'm just saying an example lol). My friend is just gonna do light gaming and the most graphics intense game he'd play is Diablo 3. Thank in advance guys

Any Intel i5 or i7 paired with an nVIDIA GT 940M or better would kick a 7300P to the curb.

If you really want a decent AMD APU-based laptop, you should consider going with a Carrizo A10-8700P or FX-8800P, or the older Kaveri FX-7500P. The FX models are quite rare, though. (I think Best Buy is now stocking one HP 15z with the FX-8800P for around $700.) But, just about any 4th- or 5th-generation Intel i5- or i7-based laptop with an nVIDIA GPU in it will run circles around it. (Some may only run small circles, but they are circles all the same.)

You can easily find more options online than you can in any brick-and-mortar store, though. You guys might want to do a bit of research online before leaving to check whatever store(s) you intend to visit.
