Laptops to buy

Hi,

I'm new to this. I don't know much about computers. Please forgive me if this is a wrong place to post this. I wanted a laptop which can be used to play,edit 1080p or 720p x265 HVEC videos smoothly. I want to use multimedia softwares like 3D, Maya, etc and also play games like GTA V. Can you please suggest any good laptop which can perform the above functions without any lagging.
Can you please check and tell me which one of the following should I buy so that I can edit and play 720p or 1080p x265 HVEC videos. I also want 2 use multimedia softwares like 3D, Maya, etc to run smoothly?

I have a little budget problem. My budget is 30K-40K INR. Please recommend a better one within this price range. I've created a list of laptops with their Screen size, RAM, Graphics and Processors. These laptops meet my req and budget. Please have a look.

I want to play games like GTA V as well. Please check and tell me which one of these is best. When I tried at Gamedebate, I was told that R5 M330 is better than GeForce 920M. However, I want to be sure which one is the best for playing, editing and using high softwares. Since you know about computers, I'm asking you. The 1st Acer has only 4gn ram but is expandable to 16gb but it has NVIDIA GeForce 920M processor. The reason, I asked to compare is coz, I wanted to know if NVIDIA GeForce 920M processor better with 4/8gn ram or is ATI EXO PRO R5 M330 better with 8gn ram. Then, the 3rd laptop is coz I read at notebookcheck.net that AMD Radeon R7 Series M360 processor is little better than NVIDIA GeForce 920M and that it is Brand: HP, Lifestyle: Gaming, Screen Size: 15.6 inch, However, 2nd & 3rd are Quad Core but 1st is Intel i3 (5th Gen). I don't whether i3 (5th Gen) is Quad core.

I'm not sure which one of these meets my requirements. I want 2 mainly use multimedia softwares like 3D, Maya, etc to run smoothly. Also, x265 to play smoothly even when I have few backgrounds processes.

I want to learn video editing and edit my movies/videos to x265 and save the latter.

Please help me decide. Eagerly waiting for your suggestion.

If price isn't much of an object, there is no better looking/overall windows laptop than a Razer.

Gigabyte I find to be very high quality (I own one) Here's a few of them.

For God's sake don't buy a sager, HP or Lenovo.

Edit: The best laptops you have listed there are asus. Sorry, but it is a bit difficult to read. That said, I'd probably get the one with the 920m. When buying laptops the importance is on brand, because they have to be durable.
