Largest LED monitor available

I have to replace a 5'x10' scoreboard and am considering a large LED monitor. Is there a monitor of this size available?

Not that size you would have to use multiple monitors and a processor. It's called a video wall.

Instead of buying a monitor. Why not just get a small TV? The price of a 37-42" LED TV is probably not that much higher than a 30 something inch LED monitor.
