Latitude 3330 Keybard

Hey,
I have got dell latitude 3330, but i can not use a QUESTION MARK, DOUBLE POINTS, ... Can you help me to fix this.

I assume you mean the ? and : keys are not working?

First up clean the keys then try reinstalling the drivers for this: http/www.dell.com/support/home/au/en/aubsdt1/product-support/product/latitude-3330-laptop/drivers

Failing that the keyboard may be damaged ... replace it.

Keys are working but finding that qst mark, double points, and some others, keyboard works properl except those symbols. I am going to try what you suggest me, will tell you ...
