Question LED TV Backlight testing

Sir, there are 3 wires ( black- red and white) going from the LED TV
power connector to the back light strips. How to connect the led tester( with 2 leads)and check in this case.
The TV model is Reliance Reconnect TV-RELEB3204. (Country India)

Your help shall be highly appreciated by a newbie. Thanks
