left side of headset is quiter the right

I am using a Turtle Beach Ear Force Z22 headset the the left side of my speakers, on the headset, are not working. I was playing with my friend at the time. I don't remember what I was doing at the time I realized. I've checked the settings many different ways and times and the sound balancing is equal. I have no idea how to fix it.

My last headset did that once... the retailer said that this one is deffective. They change them with brand new one (guarantee needed).
Thy your headset with another devices and computers... if the problem still remains -> bring them back.
