Lenovo Computer Won't Turn On

I was using my Lenovo, model 110, and the next day it just wouldn't turn on. When I hold the power button for 20 seconds, it makes a noise like it will start up but it won't. It will show the charging light when I plug it in, but not the on light when I try to turn it on. I've looked for an answer everywhere, and I don't think the battery comes out.

on the right of the laptop between the power gap and the hdmi port theres a small gap with an arrow .
it resets the cmos , press it with a paperclip or something.
