Lenovo idea pad doesn’t turn on

Hi I just got my Lenovo ideapad last month and it was perfect but after I installed my office home on it it doesn’t wane turn on when I put it on on charge the screen goes on and it shows battery is 100% but still if I press power it doesn’t respond note that it has a built in battery
