Lenovo ideapad 100 not going on

Hi, I have a lenovo ideapad 100-15IBY. It was working well yesterday but would not go on today. The power light goes on and after about 3 seconds goes off again. you can hear the fan go on but it also goes off after 3 seconds. In my old thinkpad, the hard reset where the battery is removed worked with a similar problem. How can I do the same with this laptop that does not have a removable battery?
