Solved! Lenovo Ideapad 320 reset stuck at 13%

Hi everyone


My Lenovo Ideapad 320 is reseting and has been stuck on 13% for over 12 hours...it hasn't moved once ever since

Does anyone have ideas on how I could continue the reset...

I would exit out of it and test the hard drive for possible faults using diagnostic software on a boot disc or pen drive.

This will test any brand of HDD:

Seagate SeaTools for DOS
https/www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/seatools/

Depending on test results (ie any 'Fail' messages), you may have to replace the HDD.


Or if it's a WD drive, you should use Data LifeGuard Diagnostic for DOS
