Lenovo Ideapad 700 17 ,... battery after few days ?!

Hi guys,

notebook is 2 days old..... Full capacity of battery is 45000 mWh (according to specs).

HWMONITOR shows wear level of 6% and FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 42600 mWh.

Is this normal?

It's not all that unusual. Batteries "age" sitting on shelves waiting to be installed, then age further once installed in laptops waiting to be purchased.

I sometimes wonder just how precise HWMONITOR is. My HP laptop is 6 months old, and HWM shows zero % wear on my battery, which is most definitely impossible.
