Question Lenovo Ideapad100 14IBD won't open

Hi can anyone help me ,how to fix my laptop lenovo ideapad 100 14IBD. The charging light is on when charging. When i try to press the start button, it'll only light for about 2-3 sec. Then nothing happens. I tried removing the battery,pressing for 30 sec-1 min. , removing the battery then plugging directly but still same issue. Can anyone know this ? All help would be appreciated Thank you !

I don't see a simple fix for you. It is going to require the laptop be looked at.

If it is under warranty, then I would contact the manufacturer. However, if no longer under warranty, then I would take it to a local tech.
