Lenovo Laptop key all messed up!

My laptop is Lenovo Y410P
Most of the keys on my laptop is not working at all. So I used an external keyboard. The problem is randomly appearing.
For a second everything I key is fine and the next second it starts to type an alphabet consecutively. Sometimes went I press an alphabet my whole chrome browser just closed. And also randomly opening my chrome settings like how u would open something using a shortcut like for example ctrl+shift+T. Lastly, sometimes nothing comes out when I key in.
I have already tried looking up at device management, reinstalling and updating. My laptop was also kept on my table, nothing hit it nor is there water spilled. I have also tried getting rid of viruses and ads using several software. Still clueless on what's the problem with it. Please help!

Whatever the fault in your laptop keyboard is may be carried over to all keyboard processing.

Or, your aux keyboard may be failing. They do not last forever.
Try a new external keyboard.
If the problem persists, you must get the laptop keyboard fixed.
