lenovo laptop power problem

on my lenovo laptop the charging light blinks 4 times in blue color and noting appers on screen?
how i solve this problem??

Probably a bad motherboard. You can try removing wall power and battery, hold in the power button down for about 30 seconds, then plug in the wall power only and see if it turns on then. If it does, turn it off, plug the battery back in and try it again.
