Lenovo laptop speaker won't work

I have had this problem for more than a month, it happened when I upgrade to windows 10 I think, I tried to solve it once but I couldn't so that's why I am asking you community for help.

My headphones/ earphones are not working when I connect them to my laptop, I tried a ton of earphones/headphones and I reached with the conclusion that the problem is my laptop.

I will link you the specs; so, you could help me out of this.

Lenovo G505 (since I get the specs from cpu-z I will attach some photos)

and the speakers are conexant HD

That's all I have to say, thank you very much, and hope that someone could help me.

check in the bios to see if the soundcard is enabled. check in sound in control panel to see what the playback device is as in speakers or head phones.

I am not quite an expert on computers, but how can I do the first part?
My playback device is speakers and it says that there's no soundcard.
