Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to let it finish doing the configuration but don't wait for hours.
- If it has been stuck for more that an hour, do try doing a hard reboot.
- Unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button until the laptop shut down.
- Once off, remove the battery off and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.
- Do try booting it up again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If it will still not work, do try loading it in Safe Mode to run System Restore.
- While the laptop is booting up, repeatedly press on F8 unitl it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe mode.
- Once in Safe Mode do run System Restore.

- But if Safe Mode will also not load your last option would be to reinstall Windows.
