Question Lenovo NI 1401 laptop keyboard (or motherboard) issue

Hi there! I'm an electronic technician and I tried almost everything to solve this problem (except replacing the motherboard).
My laptop is with some keyboard issue that I can't solve.
The issue is that some keys don't work properly.
They are: 'Esc', '2', 'w', 's', 'x' and 'z'.
These keys only work if I press them for a while, but sometimes they just print if I hold on trying and pressing.
I tried replacing the keyboard, but the new keyboard showed THE SAME ISSUE!
My laptop was already with a sound issue, that the sound don't work anyway. The only way I found to have sound is using a USB sound device.
Someone help me pleeease.

Sadly it sounds like you need to replace the motherboard to me.
