The fan speed is always at on at full speed and I don't know why. The laptop isn't even warm and the fan just doesn't turn off or lower. At start up it's off for a minute and then the fan goes to full speed. It's loud and annoying and I can't seem to figure out the problem. I've used both versions of the power management driver and no driver and still the fan is at full speed.
The CPU temperature is 40 C and doesn't really go any higher than that.
