Question Lenovo stuck windows boot

Hi everyone, I could really do with some help, my laptop suddenly stopped working. Every time I turn it on now, it goes straight to a windows boot screen. It gives me at option to boot from my hard drive but when I choose hard drive, it just goes back to the same screen.So I thought it was the hard drive had become faulty, so I bought a new one and installed, I then tried to boot from a bootable usb that has windows 10 on it but it doesn’t boot from that either?!? I have tested the usb in another laptop and it boots fine. I have also changed the bios to legacy mode and it still doesn’t boot up?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
