Question Lenovo T410

I have a T410 which is not starting and blank screen.
When the power button is pressed the power light comes on, other lights flash and the disk activity light comes on. There is the a click and the power light goes off after a few seconds the power light comes on and then goes off. The above cycle is then repeated but nothing else happens.
I have tried various solutions posted in other forums but without success.
Any advice would be welcome.

Sounds like a motherboard issue. I would have it looked at by a tech. Unless it is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer.
