Question Lenovo T420 backlight/fuse problem

When i am working on the motherboard i forgot to turn off and removed battery from the laptop, that is how i got the backlight off, but i am in Nigeria, but here no good engineering that can work on motherboard how can i go about it myself

No, I'm referring to the fuse of the backlight of the lcd panel. It shoule be f7 ... However, thank you for the information.
