Lenovo t420 not powering on

I have same problem too like other users of lenovo t420. Its just not turning on when click the power button. It only flash the green light in power button 3 times and always repeating. No sign to power up. I do the remedy but still not working. Is this a charger problem ? Charger port problem or software problem ? Need your help asap...
