Question Lenovo ThinkPad T520 Restart loop

Hello! Recently i updated my laptop to windows 11 and had some issues with graphic so while searching on the bios regarding graphics I saw three of them Integrated, Discreet and Nvidia... I set the option to discreet and my laptop is on restart loop. Power light is lit, bluetooth light is lit, fan spins for some seconds and restarts... Need help, please.
