Lenovo won't charge

The first day I received my Lenovo ThinkPad t450s, it won't charge. I had put it on sleep mode, then when trying to wake it up it wouldn't. I plugged the charger in and there is no light indicator. I thought it was the charger, bought a new one and still won't charge.

Here is what I've tried so far:
- bought a new charger
- took out the adapter and external battery, held the power button for 30 seconds
- tried resetting
- unplugged the CMOS and internal battery for about a minute also took out the RAM

None of these work is there anything else I can do?

If it is a new device, take it back and get them to exchange it for a working on.

If it is a used device, that is another story. In that case, are you sure the battery is not in need of replacing? Even if the charger is good, with some devices the battery being dead will make it not run at all until replaced.
