Lenovo y50 "Media Test Failure"

Every time I start up my computer, on the screen that flashes code for a second (where you can boot in safe mode and things like that) I see the following text

PXE-E61: Media Test Failure - Check Cable

Should I be concerned about this? what does it mean?

Press to blue button thinkvantage button or F1 I believe. Either way, it is not a problem, just slows down boot time while I searches for a server connected to your ethernet.

I have as of yet been unable to access the bios on this laptop.
